I’m Betty-Rose Pradhan, a mother of five—my oldest, Kaitlyne, is a beautiful autistic adult who continues to inspire this journey.
As a mom navigating the world of autism, I know firsthand the weight of burnout, the joy of small victories, and the power of support. Through every challenge, I found comfort in simple rituals—especially lighting candles to create calm. Those quiet moments became a lifeline.
